“I improve people and teamwork, aligning them to your business strategy. I develop your staff using the methods and logic of innovation, business modeling, Personal Branding, agile methods of Design Thinking, and strategic coaching. These are the only methodologies that deal with the concept of value in relation to everyone’s individual skills and allows for the alignment of strategy, operations, and people development.”
The image and reputation of today’s organizations increasingly depends on those of their teams and people. These two factors represent a precious point of contact between organizations and the outside world. With the help of social networks, image and reputation can become a natural driving force for visibility, promoting consistency and enhancing reputation. This, in turn, transforms people from passive actors in the life of the organization into effective Brand Ambassadors. An improved image and reputation can drive commercial opportunities and greater client engagement.
This is especially true when your employees leverage their personal channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. Until a few years ago, companies were able to filter the information leaving their organizational boxes. Nowadays, due to the digital world we live in, each and every employee and manager is on public show. Consequently, knowledge is power and everyone must be made aware of risks and opportunities, for themselves and for their organizations. By applying the key marketing and innovation concepts to business professionals, we can synchronize their work with corporate strategy and make people more self-directed and agile.
Today, in professional development terms, employees are expected to become agile, autonomous, and self-directed. They must also understand the needs of internal and external customers and be able to adapt their activities to satisfy these customers.
We want staff who can adapt to change, evolve constantly, and consistently create new value. To do this, we must go beyond the skills-based models and adopt value-based models instead. This is possible when strategic skills, once reserved to large organizations, are transferred to employees.
The good news is that this can happen rapidly and easily.
When it comes to personal brands within companies, it’s not an A or B situation. It’s actually A + B. The most successful companies help their employees to discover and manage their personal brands so they can apply them to the corporate mission. Think of it as an applied personal brand – where each employee delivers on the brand promise in a way that is authentic to them.
With my strong experience in career development, recruitment, business management, and personal branding, I can develop your staff using the methods and logic of innovation, business modeling, Personal Branding, agile methods of Design Thinking, and strategic coaching. These are the only methodologies that deal with the concept of value in relation to everyone’s individual skills.

In my role as Global Talent Program Manager Iwas responsible for delivering Social and Personal Branding training to our international talent team and been recommended to me by a colleague within the HR community as the expert in her field.
We faced a couple of key challenges in coordinating the delivery of the training as our TA and HR teams were all still working remotely and indeed globally – traditionally engagement in training in a remote setting does not always have the same level of impact as classroom style.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised – Tana spent 2 hours delivering our training and the engagement from our team during and indeed following the training was superb. Tana was really able to get some very complex information in to a digestible format for our teams to understand. IN addition, she brought some excellent new ideas to the table that even some of our most seasoned players were not aware of.
I cannot recommend Tana and her team more highly and will be partnering with her in the future.
